These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, construction services, and facilities available at the website and project sites (the "Service") operated by Avi Construction GmbH ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to our construction services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein.
Construction Services & Scope of Work
These terms of service cover conditions related to the provision of architectural planning, project milestones, payment schedules, material sourcing, and confidentiality of client structural specifications. They outline the scope of building operations, client responsibilities, site access protocols, and limitations of liability, ensuring a clear understanding between Avi Construction GmbH and its clients. Specific construction deliverables, safety milestones, and project timelines will be outlined in individualized engineering and building contracts.
Intellectual Property & Blueprints
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property. All right, title, and interest in and to architectural designs, blueprints, structural schematics, and engineering innovations will remain solely with Avi Construction GmbH and its licensors. All site blueprints, architectural renders, structural plans, and custom engineering reports developed by Avi Construction GmbH remain our intellectual property, though clients are granted a permanent license to use them for their constructed facility during and after the active service period.
Third-Party Subcontractors & Materials
In executing the Services, you acknowledge that we may engage specialized third-party subcontractors, architectural consultants, or material suppliers ("Third-Party Partners"). You understand that any use of specialized external engineering components or raw material sources is managed under strict quality control, and while we oversee all operations, we shall not be liable for sudden supply chain interruptions or raw material manufacturing anomalies beyond our direct managerial control.
Payment Terms & Milestones
Payment terms for construction services, including initial architectural deposits, phase milestone disbursements, and final project sign-offs, will be strictly enforced as per the client's specific construction contract. Failure to remit scheduled milestone payments may result in the immediate pausing of active building operations and site development.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to project sites or active construction phases under conditions breach of contract, safety violations, or unpaid dues. Termination conditions regarding building retainers, including required notice periods, safe site wrap-up, and final payments for procured raw materials, will be outlined in your service agreement.
Disclaimer of Guarantees & Structural Limitations
Our Services are provided with professional diligence and engineering precision. While we execute advanced structural models, Avi Construction GmbH disclaims liability for external force majeure events, unnotified subterranean anomalies, or pre-existing structural defects outside the inspected scope. Project timelines are estimates based on standard site conditions and weather patterns.
